TABLE TENNIS GROUP

Table tennis is good for mental and physical health as shown on two programmes on TV last year with Angela Rippon analysing how to counteract the ageing process. Three activities were specifically quoted – walking, table tennis and dancing!

Come along and enjoy lots of laughter also when you join in the table tennis – new members always welcome. You will end the morning feeling good!
